Perhaps none has had a more profound effect however than YouTube.com. There are virtually no limits to the videos you can see on the site, as long as they are age appropriate of course. 1.) Incredible sports videos- Its amazing but there is an almost limitless resource of sports highlights on YouTube. Indeed, just think of a famous play in the last few years or a big game you remember as a child and odds are you can find it on YouTube.
2.) How to videos- Sometimes it can be embarassing to ask someone how to tie a tie or change a tire. On youtube, you can plus in a subject and you will see a series of how to videos explaining whatever it is you need to do. Everythign from tieing a knot to the correct mechanics of throwing a baseball is available on the site.
3.) Historic music videos- When MTV came along in the 1980′s, you would see a video that would be popular for a while and then it would drop out of rotation. As the years went on, more videos would cycle in and cycle out and it seemed impossible to get another viewing shot at a video out of rotation. With YouTube, all you have to do is punch in the song title and you will be able to access the videos for any song you want to see.
