You may not realize it but most anything can be run from a USB cord now and this can make your life on a computer much more simple than ever before. From charging your smart phone to charging an e-reader such as a Kindle, these are all part of the plethora of things you can do with USB connections. That is why it can be important to have as many as possible on your computer when you choose one. If you have just one or two, that limits your capability of having other uses fulfilled. With being able to run things like headsets, e-cigarettes and even Himalayan salt lamps, imagine how useful it can be to have at least three or four.
Obviously you don’t want to junk up your work are with a ton of cords lying about but if you work at your desk for a good portion of the day then you’ll want to be able to utilize these USB ports. If you have a headset that you use and you want a salt lamp for mood enhancement, how will you use those two and then charge your smart phone at the same time? See how easy it is to use up all of your ports?
Some stores do sell adapters that give you more USB ports and that can be an excellent idea to add more outlets to your existing system. Like stated before, it’s good to have a few on hand so you never run out of places to charge things and plug your gadgets in.
